Player Protection and Responsible Gambling
SpinAthlon places player protection at the centre of responsible gambling by combining age control, account security and clear behavioural safeguards. The policy is intended for adults who use gambling as entertainment and need practical boundaries for spending, time, concentration and voluntary exclusion when play no longer remains balanced and safe.

Adult Access First
SpinAthlon permits access only to players aged 18 or over. The Company may request identity or age verification when necessary. If a player gives incorrect age details, this may lead to restriction, closure or further account action.
Login data must be protected. Adults should not share passwords, saved access, devices or payment details with minors. Where a device is used by younger people, parental controls and access restrictions should be considered.
Balanced Gambling Principles
Gambling should remain a paid leisure activity. It should not be treated as a job, investment method or way to solve financial problems. SpinAthlon recommends that players decide limits before play starts, rather than during a session.
Safer gambling becomes easier when players make decisions while calm and focused. A player should avoid gambling when tired, angry, anxious, depressed, under pressure or affected by alcohol, medication or drugs.
Recommended Player Rules
- Choose a fixed budget that can be lost without affecting daily life.
- Set a time limit and leave when the time has passed.
- Stop after losses instead of increasing risk.
- Keep gambling separate from work, family duties and other hobbies.
- Pause whenever concentration becomes weak.
- Maintain only one Account to track activity honestly.
Support and Self-Checks
SpinAthlon support can explain available protection options through official support channels. Player concerns are handled privately, except where disclosure is required by law or permitted by the player.
Players who suspect gambling harm may use independent self-assessment resources. These checks can help a person reflect on behaviour, spending, emotional triggers and control.
Self-Exclusion Periods
Self-exclusion is intended for players who need to block themselves from gambling. A request can be made to SpinAthlon support, with the player selecting a period from 6 months to 5 years.
Once activated, the exclusion remains in place for the full chosen period. It cannot be removed early for convenience, regret or a change of mood.
Account Conduct During Exclusion
A self-excluded player must not create another Account, borrow access from another person or try to avoid the restriction. Such behaviour breaches the rules and may lead to permanent loss of access.
SpinAthlon will take reasonable steps to enforce exclusion. However, the player is also responsible for respecting the restriction and avoiding attempts to bypass it.
